This styled photoshoot was created by members of Emerald Hour and published in the 2025 Spring/Summer Issue of Washington Wedding Day Magazine. It features a lush blue, purple, and green palette with a Pacific Northwest mountain backdrop, local spring flowers, vintage and layered decor, and a group of sustainably-minded wedding vendors from Washington.
From the mountains, to the islands, to the farm country, to the mountains, there are so many gorgeous venues in Whatcom, Skagit, and San Juan Counties and it is very hard for me to choose my favorites.
This beautiful corner of the world has some of the most amazing vistas in the whole world. Many come from far and wide to say their vows with these majestic backdrops during these private and magical ceremonies.
