Refund policy
For everyday Deliveries: We are a small, family-owned business and we love happy customers. Although flowers are a perishable and fragile product, refunds can occur if there is a mistake on our part related to quality of flowers or a mistake in delivery. While we do our best to verify addresses, if the purchaser gives us the wrong address, we cannot refund or replace the flowers, so please double check before ordering. If you have concerns related to value or quality, please reach out to us so that we can arrange a replacement.
Vase-life varies depending on the flower types. You will have the best results by changing water regularly, keeping flowers out of direct sunlight and snipping any spent blooms as they fade. If you follow these measures, you can expect to enjoy your arrangement for 5-7 days (often longer), though not every individual flower may last this long. We use local and interesting ingredients and prioritize beauty, fragrance, and unique flowers over maximizing vase life.
Color palettes, flower types, and images represent an approximation of what you will receive and are to give the designer a guideline to follow for your preferences. Every arrangement is unique and what you receive will not be exactly like the images shown. Flowers are seasonal and availability changes week to week. If you require a specific flower type, please call and check for its availability or select "order request" during check out and we will respond ASAP.
If no name is specified for the card note, will put the name of the sender on the card. Delivery times are 10 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM. If you need the flowers delivered at a specific time in this range, please add information in the notes.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the recipient will be able to receive the flowers during the delivery window and that the address is correct. They do not need to be home as we will leave flowers on the doorstep but we cannot be responsible for them after delivery. We do not contact the recipient ahead of deliveries unless requested so that we don't ruin a surprise. However, please include a contact number for the recipient in case we need a gate code or to be let in an apartment complex, or if we have to place the flowers in a not obvious place.
For Weddings or Special Events: We offer curated event florals and work with our clients to make sure they fit their vision and meet (and exceed) their expectations. We do not do refunds for these custom, special event orders because the services and product will have already been provided. If you have any concerns related to something missing in your order or a particular part that did not perform to your expectations, we are open to feedback and resolving the concern. If there is a last minute cancellation, we do not refund, because we have already ordered product, put in hours of design work and planning, and have likely turned away other potential clients for that day.
